We were referred by a friend to Overhead Door Company of Greater Syracuse. Everything was smooth from start to finish. When I called in they were able to set up the appointment quickly. I was not at the house when the crew arrived to fix my garage door but when I got home I was most impressed with what they left for me. They left a very detailed paper showing their arrival time, what they did, the details of what they fixed, what they looked at, what needed to be adjusted, how long the repairs took and when they left. They also kept everything neat and tidy, there was no mess. They ended up fixing some broken springs and cables then did basic maintenance for me. I am impressed with their service and I will use Overhead Door Company of Greater Syracuse again!
