Brand new door System - 4 service calls in 4 years - Poor Quality

Brand new door System - 4 service calls in 4 years - won't acknowledge there is a problem, they want us to pay for repairs - poor quality, poor customer service, poor responsiveness - Why would anybody want to buy a door from Overhead Door Company under these circumstances?

I'm so sorry you are having issues with your door openers that were installed for your builder in 2014. Here at Overhead Door Company of Greater Syracuse we surly do stand behind our product and our name. Unfortunately this is the first I'm hearing of this issue.
