Overhead Door Company of Greater Syracuse has always done a great job for me! This was not my first time using them, in fact, I've bee using them for several years. I keep going back to them because of their phenomenal customer service, attention to detail and professionalism! Most recently I called because the garage door wasn't going up. I called them near five in the evening and they came out the very next day. It turns out that the person who plows my driveway had hit the garage and knocked a portion of the door in about five inches. They were able to pull it back out, lube it and they gave me a new remote. Once the weather is warmer I will have them replace that panel for me. I feel that their company has very reasonable pricing and what keeps it great is how high their customer service to their customers is! They are about 50 miles from where I live but I continue to use them because of how excellent their service has always been. They are the type of company that you enjoy doing business with so the distance doesn't matter. They are just that good to stay with! I want to tell anyone looking into door services just go ahead and call Overhead Door Company of Greater Syracuse! They are an honest, trustworthy company with excellent customer service!
