I called on a very snowy February day, and received same day service (within 2 hours). Our service tech (Eddy) diagnosed the issue inside of 60 seconds. A half hour later - our commercial door was repaired perfectly and Eddy was on his way. He was friendly, and our overhead door was working better than it had been in years. Thank you Eddy.
