We've had a new door put in a few years ago after many years of not being able to find a door that would fit. Overhead Door Company put in the custom door and then my husband proceeded to drive through it. Overhead Door Company was great and honest about fixing it when they told us the best way to handle it which I was happy with.

We had another problem where the door would jam so we couldn't shut the door, leaving our house completely exposed. They were great about coming right over. They would try to help over the phone first and if that didn't work, they would send someone right over.
