It became necessary for us to completely replace the polybutylene pipe throughout our house. Our house is on a slab so that meant a fair amount of cutting into walls in our living space. Five star performance for us means a job is completed to our full satisfaction, not that nothing goes wrong or there are occasional misses and oversights along the way. Plumbing Express promises a turnkey solution and that you essentially won't be able to tell they were there. They fully delivered on that. The pipe replacement crew was superb - amazing to watch - true experts. There were some slip ups from the crew replacing the sheetrock and doing the finish work. Color matches were perfect but there were minor issues in the workmanship and they failed to secure the work sites with enough plastic and tape so more than the usual amount of construction dust and debris ended up in places in the house it should not have. That said, Blake and his management team and crew quickly responded and completely rectified the situation. Ed was here one night until about 8 PM working to resolve some issues. These guys are true professionals with high standards and integrity. Excellent response and customer service. They even did several things that were above and beyond their scope of work to help us out with some of the damages done by the original leaks. I hope you never have this problem.
