I was impressed by the service I received from Plumbing Express. The plumber could have lied to me and told me I had an issue. But what he said was there wasn't anything wrong, and he would feel bad about charging me for doing nothing. I appreciated his honesty. He left the cut-out where I thought the problem was and told me to keep an eye on it. If it turned out to be a problem, he would come back. Great customer service. There are some shady characters out there that would have taken advantage of me, but not this guy. He was awesome. I got lucky when I Google searched for plumbers and found Plumbing Express. Everything was great.
