First I thought the price was obscene, almost $500 to connect dishwasher to water line, a screw connection and connection to existing drain.. when he was finished he stated he couldn’t place the bottom trim piece because the water line was in the way. I looked for the connectors for the trim piece , found one the other was in truck in his trash pile. Unacceptable.Finally I had all the pieces for the trim piece and off he went. So I spent 15 minutes trimming the insulation on the trim piece to allow for installation, I installed it in less than a minute. Maybe he has somewhere else to be. Will not use these folks again
