I went to the local hardware stores for suggestions on changing to a tankless gas water heater from my gas tank water heater. I had done some research on line about brands. I was given a pamphlet in Lowe's and called Rinnai directly. They said they would have someone call me within 24 hours. When 48 hours went by I contacted them again. They said they dropped the ball and were going to get me someone right away!
