I’ve used two well-known plumbing companies before and neither come close to Plumbing Express’s high level of customer service; I wish I had discovered them before. From initial appointment making to project completion, I’ve always had a pleasant, stress-relieving experience, unlike the other companies where there seems to be a huge disconnect between staff. Plumbing Express on the other hand, operates like an efficient, cohesive team. No doubt they’d win a three-legged race against other companies every time. Russell was our technician for the installation of a tankless water heater. He was on time, every time. In fact, I was always the one keeping him waiting. He is very personable, proficient, keen, and quick-witted. There are not enough emojis to express how awesome he is. I will definitely contact Plumbing Express again for my next plumbing issue.
