We had a leaky hot water faucet, a leaky toilet tank, a nonworking food disposal, and a dishwasher with a pool of water. Plumbing Express sent Jonathan, and I am so glad they did. He was excellent and fixed every problem quite quickly. He was polite AND kind and gave honest advice. He answered all my numerous questions patiently and clearly. On top of all that, he even put on shoe covers before entering the house (I really appreciated that). The price was reasonable, too. But Jonathan really impressed me with his great attitude toward work: he took pride in doing his very best and giving extra effort. It's rare to find people who care about doing excellent work.
