The young man was professional and courteous. Came in and assess the problem to see exactly what could be done to repair the leak. I appreciate him taking his time and not just telling me anything to get my money or just leave. I had the same leak before and the previous plumbing company didn't do anything. I still have a wobbly toilet but then that could be something else. My leak was fixed and that was the most important thing.
