Firstly, I did my research of reviews before calling. Once I did, the gentlemen and lady took care of me and explained in detail, what I would possibly need based on the diagnostic service call. (I apologize, I forgot the gentlemen's and lady's name who answered the call). I had to call back as to why I had two representatives.
