We decided to convert over to a tankless hot water heater so I started shopping around. I ended up calling Plumbing Express and larger, more "well known" company to come out and quote. We ended up going with Plumbing Express because not only were they cheaper, they were more knowledgeable and actually took the time to explain different options and make sure we understood everything. We were working with Gareth who was AWESOME to work with. Very friendly and down to earth. He even told us of a $200 manufacturer rebate we didn't know about. Plumbing Express and Gareth will be my go to from now on regarding any plumbing needs and I would recommend them to anyone.
