Central air was not working and it was 90 degree weather. I called a few companies and were told that it would be 2 to 3 weeks. I called Bi-county and they came out within 2 hours. My system is 17 years old. They did not try to sell me a new system, they fixed the problem. I am going to be looking for a new system and Bi-County is the first company I am calling. John the service tech was great, Hanna in the office was wonderful.
