Bi-County, INC. has always done a phenomenal job for us. This was not our first time using their services. We have been using them for a few things now. Most recently we had them come out to put in a sump pump in the basement. The techs who came out were wonderful! They were prompt, polite and professional. They were able to look through everything to see the best place for the unit and they took the time to explain everything to us. They also took the time to answer any of the questions we had for them. They already had the sump pump on the truck so they were able to do the work that very day. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were very cordial and courteous. They were very knowledgeable and showed us things while they were installing the sump pump. They were respectful of our home and very tidy. They kept the work area clean and they also cleaned up after themselves.
