The folks at Bi-County are like a team. We've had them here a couple times, once to help with our furnace and another time to help with our heat pump. It's the same group that comes out every time, so they get to know you a little bit. They're really nice, timely and courteous. I would say the pricing is competitive. I would recommend their service to others. I've already been back myself already and plan on using their service again in the future. They're very trustworthy and they're good folks.
