Called bi-count after Horizon told me a needed a new furnace.
Woke up with no heat this morning, called Horizon to have a look at it. Was told they couldn't fix it and I should upgrade to a new system. I called Bi-county and got service in 30 minutes! Very nice man fixed it with no problem in less than a hour! Will never call anyone else now!
