The sales rep was extremely punctual and exceptionally well prepared. He definitely knew his products and was very direct, he didn't waste a lot of time. The service people were about as punctual as you can get. They were very professional. When I asked questions they took the time to answer, and they did the work in a timely fashion. They completely cleaned up after themselves, there was nothing for me to do except turn on my system after they left.
