I only purchased a universal remote control and not an expensive video system. You might think that I would not receive personal care because it was so small, yet Scott helped me so much with my frequent trips to the store. Comcast had me replace my cable box and everything that could go wrong did. It was not WeeBee's problem, yet Scott continued to help me solve the many problems. Thank you Scott !
