My wife and I worked with Scott and he explained the differences in the features of the two sets were looking at for our main TV. We have purchased quite a few sets in the past and never felt as comfortable as we did in this purchase. The install with Joe was terrific. We had a slight problem with WI FI strength and these two representatives were great in solving the problem.
