Scott Yoder worked with the manufacturer to address the issue with my sound system that had stopped working about 2 months after the warranty expired.
The sound system lasted only a couple of months after the warranty expired. Fortunately, Scott Yoder offered to talk to the manufacturer to see what could be done to help me. The manufacturer agreed to replace the sound system with a factory reconditioned unit at a significant discount over what the repair costs would have been. It only took one week.
