My BMW Z3 needed work on its radio-CD-audio head unit

Kevin Jeffries was very helpful and did a great job of getting me the service that was required to get my audio head unit fixed. I fact I did not have an appointment, but within an hour I was back on the road listening to my favorite music. The tech (whose name I do not know) was excellent and solved the problem by removing the unit , finding two blown fuses (one at the back of the radio and one related to the amplifier in the trunk). This is a very honest business, because they could have told me that the Kenwood head unit was defective and sold me a new one. However, they replaced the fuses and saved me about about $200.00. Thanks for your honesty and your great expedited service.
