Customer support.. the right way
I just purchased my second Pioneer Elite SC-85 from WeeBee. It arrived damaged and I really thought I was about to have to deal with UPS and WeeBee issues. Not so!
Matt and Kerry came to my rescue, dealt with UPS, and sent out a brand-new receiver, no questions asked...double-boxed no less.
What a great company, but you might have figured that out for yourself! Anytime I'm looking for gear, I shall return!
