I spoke with Scott Yoder yesterday about some problems with my system concerning Apple TV and my Blue Ray device. In the past I always spoke to Tom Richmond, whom I am told has gone off to other pastures.
Scott was able to dispatch Nathan to my home this morning. He found some minor problems which he was able to resolve in short order. So problem resolved in less than 24 hours for less than $150, including a visit to my home!! Who could ask for better service.
One of the best things about WeeBee's is the continuity of personnel. Both Scott and Nathan were involved with the original installation at my home. And Nathan has done most of the upgrades to the system over time, so he walks in knowing what to expect. That continuity is worth a lot.
