I was having a problem with some of my gear. I wasn't sure if it the car or the gear. I called Shane and he said to bring the car on down. I got there, Shane grabbed some tools and some notes he had printed out on my equipment and we spent more than an hour diagnosing and repairing the problem. No appointment. No charge. I'm sure it doesn't work that way all the time. I'm sure there are times when parts are necessary or one of the full-time installers would need to work on the car but in this case I could not have asked for more. It's clear that Shane and WeeBee understand the value of a long term customer and are willing to invest in that relationship. Huge thanks to Shane and props to WeeBee.
