Wasted two hours of my life on the phone with these guys and finally was told I needed to buy the back up camera interface unit I needed and then they would install it. I bought the interface unit and was told I needed to take it to them to inspect and make sure every thing was there. Spent a half hour waiting to talk to the "right" person but was told regardless they could not schedule me till mid March. Got a good recommendation from the interface manufacturer and will get it installed next week in Pottstown. Well worth the drive.
