I had a diagnostic machine that had to be shipped with Navis Pack & Ship. I dropped it off for crating and shipping and they did a really good job in dealing with me. This was a one off shipping for me personally, it wasn't with the company, but they were good with just dealing with me on an individual basis. While the machine was still there, I had to fire it up to make sure it still worked for insurance purposes and they were kind enough to let me plug it in the store and do that.
