I use Navis Pack & Ship for bulk freight, and they always offer good service. Initially, when I was emailing them back and forth regarding our business here in Chicago and our clients in Utah, it took a while for them to establish one main representative for me. The different people who tried to get back to me ended up stepping on each other's toes a bit. When they did arrange a solid contact for me, they worked with me and helped me every step of the way. They are professional and very flexible with my needs and the needs of my clients. They're also good about staying discreet about who was getting the product in order to keep their contact information private. They have a good turnaround with quick deliveries. I would definitely recommend them. I can't speak to their full capability because I have only used them for bulk freight. If, however, you do need them for that, you can rest assured that they will respect your wishes and keep all your products in tact during delivery.
