We had furniture shipped from South America into California. Navis Pack & Ship took over the shipment from California to our home in Utah. Everything was pretty much already set up for us. The two delivery guys were extremely nice. We had no issues with them or their professionalism. They arrived on time and got the job done quickly. They were careful with our items. I am not sure, however, if they knew or accounted for what was in the containers, but they were very large and heavy items. Basically, they weren't able to lift them by themselves, so we had to assist them in taking them down from the truck, which ended up being fine. Overall, we would recommend their services.
