The service with Navis Pack & Ship was a 5 in Salt Lake City. When it got to Maryland, it was a 2. Everyone I talked to at first was fabulous. They talked to me and gave me an explanation of what was happening. In Maryland, I didn't get to arrange a time, and the calls weren't very helpful in terms of them telling me where they would drop things off. Utah was an A+, and Maryland was just a rude, not great experience.
