I have used Korrect plumbing two times previous to my latest service request made on 2/7/2015. In each of the two, previous occasions, the service technicians who came to the house were always very courteous, both in demeanor as well in taking care not to trash the area in which they were working. They always cleaned up after themselves and took care to protect our personal belongings wherever they were working. Yesterday was no different. I called the office mid-morning and asked about Korrect replacing my 22-plus-year-old water heater. J.J. answered the phone and in minutes I not only had an accurate estimate for replacing the water heater, but also an appointment in a couple of hours to actually replace the water heater. Roy and Matt arrived at the house after J.J. called me to alert me of their approximate arrival time. Roy and Matt were extremely methodical in their approach, very efficient, timely, careful, considerate and absolutely joy to have in my home providing the caring service they did. What a treat compared to many of the technicians and companies with whom I've worked service calls to take care of items in my home. Korrect recently was voted #1 Plumbing company in the area and Roy and Matt are two exemplary reasons why that accolade is fully justified.
