A little over 2 years ago I had no taillights & I took my car to Sound Performance to get it fixed. Blake determined that it was a relay switch that was missing & he solved the problem. Since then the relay switch somehow gets jarred lose & each I stop by Blake secures back in place. It has happened about 3 times. He never made me wait, he comes out & less than 5 minutes he takes care of the issue. And better he never once charged me doing it. NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT IS UNHEARD OF NOW DAYS!!!
