Not pleased

A 30 or 45 minute thing turned into almost a 2 hour ordeal. There were no complications they were just very slow and were all walking around the place and talking and eating. While I myself was waiting till they were done to go eat.

Hi Jane,
I'm sorry that you did not have a good experience. I talked to my staff to see if we could identify you or your situation so I could get specifics on where we fell short or what the details were but we could not come up with anything without guessing. We do have a staff of nearly 10 and we rotate lunches between 11-3 but we always have staff working in front and in the bay. We do have a lifetime warranty on all of our labor for tinting and electronics installation so we take more time on our installs than typical shops because we solder everything instead of doing t-taps and quick connectors so it will last a lifetime.
If there is something that I can address to make things better please let me know so I can be aware of it and make changes.
