I am currently completing a test month with a hearing aid from Ascent Audiology & Hearing. The office staff is very, very helpful and Dr. Craig is wonderful. He has answered all my questions and I has walked through everything with him. I had a few problems come up in the first few days of using the hearing aid, but he helped me resolve the issues by adjusting the way I was handling the device and everything has been just great ever since. I will certainly purchase the hearing aid when my trial month is up, regardless of cost.
