I have visited Ascent Audiology & Hearing several times- and I love everything about it. Someone asked for my opinion of them just the other day, and I said that I thought they were great. My brother-in-law goes there too, and he feels the same way about their staff. At Ascent Audiology they are nothing but supportive. When I went to chose my hearing aids, the woman was very knowledgeable and able to help me pick the right ones suited for me, out of a variety of about five. I have not had a problem with the aids she help me to choose, and I wear them constantly. I lost a little piece of one of my aids, and the same woman who helped me sent the replacement piece to my brother-in-law in order to save me a trip. They are so very friendly and personable.
