I am completely satisfied with Ascent Hearing. They are very professional and thorough. The receptionist is friendly, and the office is neat and clean. Dr. Keri Oppenheimer has modern, up-to-date equipment, and she is very understanding and knowledgeable. She knows what she is doing. She provided a very thorough examination, and she was polite and enthusiastic about helping me. I enjoyed the experience very much. So much that I ordered a six-thousand dollar hearing aide! I have extreme hearing loss, and this hearing aide has really made a difference. I had a much better experience here than at the other audiology office. She outfitted the aide for me and showed me how to use it. It fits perfectly and is comfortable.
