Ascent Audiology Fairhope

This is my second experience purchasing hearing aids. I had never had any experience before and so now I can quantify my most recent experience with Ascent Audiology Fairhope with that previous one, which I had thought was okay. This went far beyond that first experience.

Andy was fully knowledgeable about everything. He involved me with making the decision. A person from the company that I was interested in, Starkey, happened to be there that day and he also spent a lot of time with me. Andy had video cameras that showed me the inside of my ear, which was never done at the other place. The level of service I received at Ascent went beyond all of my expectations.
