I was deaf. I couldn't hear. Ascent Audiology & Hearing helped me get two hearing aids that answered my needs. For that alone, I would be happy, even if their service was terrible. However, they were very nice and accommodating. The bottom line is they got me a hearing aid that was affordable and helped me to hear.
