Not a good experience.

Manager was helpful until I placed my order and paid. Everything went downhill from there. I didn't receive what I paid for and had to substitute after I was guaranteed the product would be there for pick up. My contractor went to pick it up, and guess what??? Right......they had sold it to someone else. And every time I went to see the manager, he wasn't there.
