Talked with them on the phone and was here in under an hour. Explained and showed them the situation, was nice, explained the possibility of what to expect if anything was not addressed. I was stunned that the whole door was made working again in around 45 minutes. I was thrilled! Workin with this company 3 times due to old age of my system, and each time they left with a big smile on my face. Found them on the net, and was lucky I did! AAA+ rating from me....Thanks Joey & Avi
