Not only was Mr. Robbins very helpful and seemed to know what I was looking for, but he helped me choose floor covering that was within my price range. I picked a more expensive floor initially, and he helped me find another with the same quality at a lower, very comfortable price point. I'm very surprised and happy. His people were very nice and unobtrusive and willing to work with me on my schedule of when I needed the flooring, and they were very efficient in getting the work done. I have no complaints.
