I know that Robbins Paint & Carpet Company will stand behind their products. If something's not right, they will correct it. We had one issue where there was a bubble in the carpet at the foot of the bed. I called Jim and and told him about it, and in just a day or two he had the people who did the installation come back and correct it. Other than that, everything was great. I'd used them before, and this time they installed some carpeting for me. The installation went fine, and the installers were very polite and respectful of my home.
