The door bell on my home was installed by Prestige Electric when the house was built. As I am not the original owner, I can't speak for their aggravation, but I miss deliveries for Mother's Day, Christmas, birthdays, etc because they installed the door bell in a CLOSET! I called their office months ago and the woman who answered seemed completely disinterested and stated she wasn't sure if they even did work in the Stoneybrook area when these homes were being built. She said she would check into it but by the sound of her voice, I knew I'd never hear from her again. The Prestige name is on the fuse box - they definitely did the work. Also, this is an ABD home and the builder lives behind me. He saw the work and thought it was shoddy and said I should complain. I'm not interested in hearing about being out-of-warranty when the work is unprofessional and basically shoddy. A respectful, responsible and professional business would admit their mistake and make it right. I intend to make sure Orlando residents are aware of my problem and how Prestige Electric chose to ignore my ongoing frustration with their work! In my case, they have been a detestable and shameless company.
