Spoke to the Field Supervisor, also a master electrician, about the problem with my rental property. He came to the house within a few hours, diagnosed the problem and made several recommendations, taking the time to paitently answer all my questions. He emailed me an invoice within the hour as requested with before and after pictures. This was very important to me as I was out of town and had not worked with Prestige Electric before. I wasn't charged until the job was completed to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with the professionalism and fair treatment and would definitely recommend Prestige Electic.
