I used Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning and there were just some issues that they couldn't quite resolve. The technician came out and worked very hard, but when he left there was a throw-up smell on my couch that wasn't there before. When I called them back they had no problem coming back out and again he worked very hard - but they could not get rid of it. In fact, the product they used stunk so bad and my family was not very happy at all. The odor eventually did go away and it was nothing that was anyones fault....the guy did the best he could.
