Rich was definitely an excellent service provider who gave a real strong impression that he wanted to deliver the best service he could to his customers. It was a tenant move-out situation, so we called Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning for a deep, deep sanitizing cleaning. Rich shampooed three bedroom carpets and even vacuumed the garage for me. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. I am more than happy with my first service from them.

I would again call Rich and Heaven's Best, since I prefer to give business to small, locally owned businesses. The price may have been higher, but I'm OK with that--I felt better about the quality of service I would get. I read the reviews and was pretty comfortable expecting the same quality of work from him.
