Rich from Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning came and was really friendly, professional, and worked around my schedule and it was a very pleasant experience minus one issue. The cleaning service advertises that your furniture will dry in one hour and I had a couch that was cleaned on Saturday morning and it didn't dry until Monday evening.

I was a little disappointed, but in Rich's defense, it was a white sofa that was heavily stained and he had to do a lot of cleaning so that's probably why it took awhile to dry. Rich really took the effort to clean it thoroughly and I appreciate his attention to detail. My carpets and furniture look spotless, I would recommend them if you're looking for exceptional carpet cleaning.
