Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning is excellent. Richard's personality was excellent. He's a franchise, but gives mom and pop service. He cleaned carpets and a La-Z-Boy and they came out excellent.

I tried to do it with a Bissell; well I'm throwing that away. It will never get as clean as what this gentleman does. It came out better than I've done it and no spots/stains have reappeared. His prices are fair, very fair.

I'll always use him and I'll always refer him to others.
