The service guy from Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning was extremely professional and friendly. He took the time to clean my carpet and couch perfectly. There was a spot on the couch that was the hardest to get out, so instead of overlooking, he pointed it out. He also explained there might still be dirt in the cushion. My couch was very dirty and except from that spot, he cleaned about ninety-six percent of it! He was honest, which is appreciated in the business world.
